Hello, I'm sorry my project name is unclear but it was the best I could come up with in regards to my idea.

What I'm looking to do is a website where people can sign up and create their own Webstore where they can list their merchandise and offers etc.

There would be 2 kinds of memberships, Free and Premier, It's not finalized yet but it would be no more than 3 types of memberships that are different in their privileges only. The default membership is free with an option to upgrade to their desired type for a fee.

The website would be divided into stores created by the paid members. Free members will not be able to make a store but would be able to post a specific number of ads per month. It would mainly be a classifieds website with the paid members having more privileges and means to promoting their merchandise.

The homepage would have a list of the types of classifieds ie. (Cars, Electronics etc.) on the right and when you click on a specific type you will get a list of the available listings in that section and the premier members can have an option of highlighting their listings (kind of like ebay) and other features to get more attention for their listings.

On the homepage also there would be columns for latest ads, featured ads, and some advertisement space for the premier members where they could feature their ads or stores on the front page.

On the homepage also should be a way to navigate the stores.

In each classified or listing there should be a way to communicate with the seller, there should be an option for an auction or offercounter offer and Buy it now (fixed) listings.

I know it's beginning to sound more and more like ebay. It kinda is though, an ebay with a social twist.

One major feature that I want on the website is this. The website would be in Arabic so it must be (Right To Left) you can do it in English with all phrases in a language file and we would translate it later, but from the start it must be Right To Left.

I'm open to ideas on features and suggestions about the script.

I'm also not set on a programming language so it's ok. I just need it looking as modern as possible with a a web 2.0 look, so maybe something like PHP & Ajax or whatever.
