I own, sell, host many sites that are part of a large network of Get Paid To sites. One of the popular method of advertising is called Paid To Sign Up (PTSU)

Many existing scripts include such functionality but they lack in what I need for my business.

As per above mentioned ref. url I operate a manual system from my forum. I am now ready to automate this system and I wish to expand it's functionality. This project is to create and deliver a complete PTSU Management System including the following.

1) The system must have a design structure that allows additional features added as modules that can be easily installed or removed.


2) The system must be design where it can be licensed as a whole or as integrated components to existing PTC sites using the specified versions of scripts.


3) The system must have some security measures to protect it from being stolen.


4.) The major components of the system are; Website Front End, Member Section, Affiliate Section, Public Section, Admin Section and Database System.


5.) The project will be completed in phases, with this being P1 or Phase 1

P1 Details:

Reproduce what is currently being done in the current manual process as identified in the ref. link.

This phase of the project is to implement the following;


- Website Front End,


- Member Section,


- Admin Section and


- Database System.

The deliverable will a standalone website located at PTSUMS.com

This will help you better understand the Paid To Sign Up (PTSU) incentive program that is the cornerstone of the system. Additional Info (Added 4/29/2010 at 11:49 EST)... In response to a question asked, I offer additional information.

I can provide you access to an existing script that has a PTSU feature so you can review and test how it currently works on many sites.

I want something better than is offered by specific sites as an option.

I want a standalone site that can provide this PTSU incentive program to members that join this site. Eventually , I will want it to span across existing sites that use a PTSU feature so I can replace what they do and have them manage their own PTSU offers using my service.

So I want to this in phases and new features will be requested once I see the fundamental components working.
