We need new component that will do haircuts simulations
For example:
1. User will login to the site using his username and password.
2. The user will upload his photos considering the photo size and the face showing at the image. He will have to upload only photo of his top body so we will see only his neck, face and hair.
3. After uploading the photo the user will receive a massage saying that the photo is good or not. If not, he will have to upload his photo again. Also, the user will be able to upload as much photos as he wants.
4. After choosing the user photo he will have to choose the hair kind from select list that will be shown as images with text.
5. After choosing the hair kind the user will choose the color of hair.
6. The user will choose the hair style he's interesting
7. The user will choose some other options such as adding materials for the hair etc.
At the end of this process the user will see his face with the new haircut or style and will be able to print it or send it to any email address.
We need to offer to the users to pay for membership or to use demo on the site. Also, it must have administration panel so the admin will be able to change everything such as adding more options for users, make the using of the components for free etc.

A. The component must be part of Joomla! 1.5.18 and fit to the new version 1.6.
B. It must have administration panel inside Joomla panel.
C. It must support RTL!
