PC; SQL Databases, Used vs. Maximum
PC; Mailing Lists, Used vs. Maximum

The primary design features are to allow virtually any cellular phone to upload and download files which can be streamed or viewed via cellphone by means of mobile browser as well as PC browser. Much like youtube/file viewer for a cellphone.

From this same site (Mobile) users must be able to:
Access uploaded files from both PC and Cell Phone to be viewed on the mobile browser streaming from my server storing the files.
Access and edit/send/read email and SMS text.
Easily upload and download files directly from the users cell phone.

All accounts must have automated creation and access to all aspects. Allowing the choice of available subdomains.

I will need the end user to have instant access to the 3rd party web mail program, NeoMail for example from their member home screen.

I will need a simple file sharing programs installed such as 4images Gallery as a plug in available on each users home screen. Also, easy storage and access to video, audio, picture and any other file format, maybe a crude FTP portal or cgi bin? This will be required for the PC user as well as mobile user.

I would also like mention I do have Dedicated IP for integration related problems. Basically unlimited server space and bandwidth.

There will be a need for shopping cart feature as this is to aid in the book keeping and client protection even though the site if free the site must be set up to accept payment in the future. Hopefully to lower price on the development. Simplicity is a must not much more complicated than the Google home page.

I would be willing to offer free hosting in exchange for some services as I have invested good money in my dedicated server within a climate controlled hosting facility in Tampa, FL.

I need Features similar to www.Buzzed.co.uk such as:
WAP Site Hosting (This can be found easily as a PHP plug in) to allow users to upload and download/upload via PC to WAP enabled phone.
This also needs to draw from the users allowed server space. Shown on the user home screen.



As you have probably noticed I need most all features accessible from the main user home screen, Although if these additions make the overall price considerably higher please let me know. I know it would be time consuming possibly a little server side scratch programming but mostly plugins would be required and maybe some cgi scripting. So we could make the users cPanel X access direct from their user home page.

I just want things to be simple as many features available on the main user screen not homepage as possible is my goal. I already have logo design as well a few simple feature images. Other simple graphics may be required.
