Concept: we need to build an SMS server to act as a client and send SMS through different SMPP/HTTP providers, and serve clients by SMPP/HTTP. We also need to have a webapp with full reporting and control, so we can manage the server and clients, to have detailed reports to bill each client.

Requirements:
OS: Linux
Efficiency: 100 sms/s delivery and capable of handling millions of msgs and DLRs per day
Effectiveness: 100% flawless
Application: We use Kannel actually, but can be anything that suits best
Webapp language: PHP preferably
Delivery: 30 days

Webapp structure
Providers - We need to be able to add/edit/delete SMPP/HTTP providers
User control - to manage User accounts - add/edit/delete users, contact information, which one of the gateway/smpp provider, DLR URL, SendSMS-User Group Variables, monthly/dates detailed report
SMS Server monitor/control - logs access/view, queue access/view
