Project description: Must complete and send CDA/NDA to discuss further details (attached). Cpp "app" program for further development. You must own software called, C++ Builder CB4 and 6, with RAD, libraries and willing to obtain any/all tools, including trials and purchased third party tools. Main emphasis is on data base "calling" and base components, "Unidac" tool compatability, to update and compile source code. Complete "tasks" list and version updates (from outline lists provided). Exists as an exc file, ddbb and SQlite. The same programmers need to be proficient with HL-7 integration, embedded development, telephony applications, database design. Other Abilites: The same programmer needs to be proficient at Android OS for next version applications. Completion of project guarantees a support contract and next version program development. The contract will be for $25,001.00. Team spirt and enthusiasm is a must requirement. Must be ready to heavily communicate using Skype. Must be avaliable all days and hours (not just working days and hours). Must be able to work with re-engineering from my own existing source code. Time frame is strict and will default if unable to provide material and agreed terms. No negotiations on time or payments after agreed. Must complete in time frame agreed without issue.

(1) Do you have Skype 5.0? Add Skype name to begin. Communications after CDA/NDA (attached) sent by e-mail. Are you an expert at data base and base components? Compiling errors? Borland and Delphi combination source.
(2) Did you read what HL-7 integration is about? Do you have other proficient abilites with implementation, integration, installation and support for?
(3) Do you have software needed, C++ Builder CB4 and CB6 ?
