Ok here's the scope. I'm going to be a little vague since NDAs are boring and hopefully I can explain the functionality without breaching anything... :)

I'm working with some neurologists who've found some neat stuff about brain patterns and how we can get into them. Sort of akin to binaural tone meditation if you've ever come across that.

These relate to memory, and we're trying to make something for memorising long tracts of text. (Think actors, business people etc).

So we're looking for an app which generate these neruojacking wave forms (mathematically easy, it's just down timing / volume / tone etc.. trust me, it's astonishingly easy). Then it has to layer that generated wave form on top of  iTunes or whatever the music app is on Andoid, playing a recording - say a Shakespeare play.

It has to be sufficiently easy to control whilst also controlling the music player - which is not to say both concurrently on the screen (necessarily) but usable. We'll let what's possible dictate the way on this one.

We're looking for rough costs for developing 
1) an iphone version
2) an android version
3) both versions at once!
