I am looking for a skilled joomla expert with vast knowledge in joomla component development using MVC standard. The component will have both admin and front end parts. It will be used for subscription. It will be integrated with Moneybookers advanced integration to enable IPN communication with my website. The billing address will have additional fields. The card payment will not be entered on that page. When the customer fill the billing information, he should proceed to payment on moneybookers website. Once payment is successfully made, the MB should return IPN that should change the account status to active until the subscribed time when it should flag otherwise and disable account access. Customer should be able to buy additional subscription on his/her account before expiration of the current subscription. 
You must really understand this task before you attempt to appy. History in related work will be very much considered.
The joomla component MUST be Joomla 1.5 Native and must not require system legacy to work. Each registered user must be duplicated in Joomla user table.

The admin side should also show several things including current subscriptions, active, expired. and so on. You must be innovative as well. The person who will qualify for this project must be willing to work with us in other related modules for the same project in future.
