So basically we want to create a free host website and we know which control panel we will be using for the site. It is written in PHP/mySQL and runs on Linux. It is open source and free. What we need is for someone to download it make the changes requested below and then transfer it to our server. We are still debating if we should rent a dedicated server or just use colocation services. I will try to explain what is needed as best I can. I know there will need to be more detail but I will do my best and then I can go over it better with the winning bidder.


• Add Google Search bar to user console

• Add a page on the admin console that has a form that we can input web addresses and the name that we would like to call those links and then have those links show up in designated spots on the user control panel.

• Add a spot to add picture links like Amazon and Pacific Geek… Same setup as the links listed above.

• Need a form we can fill out to send a message to all users (or just a list) that they must read before using the control panel.

• Also another way to send out a message like above but one that has a form in it where we can define different questions that must be answered before they can move on.

• Need to be able to have pages that we can easily add that are not in either control panel that we can use for writing articles. (very basic) Not a huge deal...

• Setup signup page for the users that has a form that has questions that they must fill out.

• A forced link at the bottom of every user page that links back to our site.

• Force some kind of statistics monitoring tool so that we would be able to see visitors and everything like that for all our user's sites.

• Have all the user's emails that are sent from the server have a forced link to our site at the bottom.

• A form on the admin console that will let us block/unblock an IP from all user sites
