I need an application to draw a map of an school compound and display on Andorid phone. The application must read a binary file containing the vector data of the area, which contain polygon, lines and points. It draws the data on the screen canvas. It should be able to pan, zoom, routes the map and view the map in perspective view, rotates in Z-axis.

Polygon must be able to extrude in 3D cube (hardcode a height), lines are roads, need to convert line to polygon to be able to render in openGL. Points are to be denoted by icons.

Performance of the application is also important. Documentation of the code is important so i can make changes easliy.
