We need a CMS that can help us recruit, signup, and track our RakeBack account holders. In fact we would need a "clone" of Rakebackengine dot com or pokeraffiliatesolutions dot com, but with some additional features.

The software will provide a way for our RakeBack account holders to login and track their earnings.
We would also like to have a system in which out players can request cash-out of their earnings in real time.
There must be trhree user groups. Admin , who has control about everything, then Usergroup Affiliates & usergroup players.

Affiliates must be able have their own landing page on a subdomain of our mainsite, or ooptionally on a domain he/she drives to our nameservers. Affiliates must be able to edit the content of the site, like meta tags & an area where they can have categories and pages. All using wysiwyg editor or html.
System is developed to get and store rake statistics on a rakeback web site. Online tracking system will be a module to the existing system.

Developed system gets the username from our database, gets user’s poker rooms from our database, gets statistics for this user from Poker room and saves data into our database on an hourly basis. Some pokerrooms do not have automatic statistics, for those rooms we need to be able to manually upload stats on a regular base -

The system must be able to sort players to the depending affiliates. Players will have to submit their screenname, then software needs to find screenname in depending pokerrooms stats & displays it in backend for the user/affiliate/admin.

We need to provide a way for players to create and interact with their own landing page. This will allow them to refer their friends and recruit new players, etc.

There are also Pokerrooms that do not offer Rakeback. for those pokerrooms we need a points system, where users after they fullfill requirements recieve Points which they can exchange for Items like Pokerchipsets etc at the site. Somehow like a shopsystem.

We also need the ability of uploading videos. These videos must not be accesable for all user groups, instead we need it to be for different groups, the more rake users generate the more videos they get access to.
It must be coded to at least Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional and be web standards compliant. (W3C)
You do not need to design, however , a barebone template just to see the script working would be fine.
The code will become the property of the payee.

It is your choice if you develop a fully new system or work with a cms. In the end it must work all fine. If there is any option which I doubt, to go with wordpress id prefer that.
