I am looking for someone with great 3d modeling skills in Autodesk Maya to create 3D Characters (Humanoids) in low resolution with realistic human texturing and shading. The main purpose of these characters is to walk, throw, and facial animation.
They will be rigged in future but that's not something is required now.
My major requirement:
-Low poly count but can be rendered in high res.
-The Characters should look as realistic as they can be when they are rendered.

Skills that would help the task done:
 Autodesk Maya skills (low res and high res of same characters)
 Good knowledge of shaders.
 Photoshop or bodypaint.
End Result : Realistic Human Model x 4 Characters + 2 of them will grow old.
Clothing is part of geometry.
