Looking for a KICK ASS wordpress designer. Someone who is willing to put the sweat into designing a site that will be ranked #1 in Google for thousands of keywords that I will be targeting. Clean, and simple, user friendly and search engine friendly are what you should focus on.

I will be competing with Retailmenot. As a designer, i want you to look at that site's design and think to yourself: This is a terrible design, I can design a site that will outrank them in terms of user satisfaction as well as on page SEO tweaking.

I have an existing design that i want you to turn into a functional coupon site for me. The design I am referring is not a coupon site right now, but it has some of the functionalities that I am looking for. It is the "theme" of the site that I like, but some expert design customization is OK if you really know what you are doing.

When presenting your sample work, please avoid any sites that are "half-complete" or otherwise look half-assed. I am only looking for professionals who are proud of their work.

The project will be completed in stages.

Design requirements:
Homepage (custom design based on an existing layout) Homepage will also be able to search through Store Pages. The homepage will need to be found on Google when users search for "Coupons." This is a highly competitive keyword i know, but with enough work we will reach the top spot, for now I want to start out with an efficient SEO friendly design from the get-go.
Stores pages (must have a well designed and automated submission system for store pages) A "store page" is submitted by a user along with more information from the Store submission form. These store pages will be found by Google when a user searches for example: "Footlocker coupons."

I will expand the website with custom Modules/Plugins once the initial requirements are met. Most of these modules/plugins will be distributed on Store pages. The first and second modules/plugins will be: Coupons, and Twitter feed. More will be considered as the site gains traffic such as: Q&A, Reviews, Video How-To.
