I am seeking a person (1) capable of creating an app for Android tablets. The
app would need to be able to produce customizable charts and graphs to represent data from a database.

Rhomobile is being considered so Ruby and Java skills are required.

To assist in the development process I can provide example charts and interface designs that have been previously developed. If this job is easily within your capabilities, please contact me to discuss the additional project details.
