I am looking for a developer to provide a custom program/client application in .Net or C++ that connects an electronic broker trade data API (OEC) to a DataHub API. This is for trade data only, it should: <span style="font-size: small; ">- Provider user selection of which tickers to monitor
- Subscribe to the market data for those tickers
- Connect to the DataHub via the Datahub API
- Emit ticker data as a comma-seperated list of information (Last price, last vol, bid, bid size, ask, ask size, total volume) to the dataHub whenever a new tick arrives.
- The application needs to run on windows XP I will provide access to the datahub test environment via free downloads of datahub software and developer access to the OEC developer API. </span>
